Tenders are invited for Procurement of Medical Devices (Disposeable Items/Lab Items Kits/ X-Ray Materials/Dental Materials) for the Year 2024-25 Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelop bidding procedure of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The envelope shall clearly be marked with Tender Enquiry no for which the proposal is submitted. 5. Bid Security amounting to Rs: 50000/-in shape of CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft is required to be deposited with the Proposal 6. The bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased from the office of MS WAPDA Hospital Faisalabad at the following address on payment of Rs: 1000/- as Non refundable tender fee.
