Tenders are invited for Events Planners for Conduct of Dinner (Food and Venue Preparation) at Governor House Sindh, Karachi 2. Tender Documents can be obtained by paying Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of Pay Order/ CDR in favor of Commandant PNS KARSAZ during 0900 to 1400 hrs within 15 days of publication of advertisement from under mentioned address: SUPPLY OFFICER OFFICE. PNS KARSAZ, HABIB IBRAHIM REHMATULLAH ROAD, KARACHI (Contact No 021-48503107) 3. Duly completed Quotations are required to be submitted within 15 days after the publication of Tender. One Stage (Two envelops) tendering system will be adopted. Firms/ Contractors/ Event planners must clearly mark Technical/ Financial bid on envelops. 4. Duly completed all Quotations/ bids/ proposals alongwith 5% of Contract amount (bid security) in the form of Pay Order in the name of Commandant PNS KARSAZ (refundable) must be submitted by 06 February 2025 before 1000 hrs.
