The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Solar Power System For The Roof Of The Hospital Building Owned By Tays Sydänkeskus Oy At Elämanaukio 1, Tampere. The Property Is Located In The Grounds Of The Tampere University Hospital, And A Helicopter Landing Field Is Located On The Roof Of The Adjacent Building. In The Procurement, One (1) Contract Supplier Is Sought, Whose Offer Must Include E.G. In Addition To Ready-To-Use Solar Panels, All Work Related To Delivery And Installation, Such As Bushings, Inverters, Electrical Accessories, Electrical Work, Enclosures, And The So-Called Cleaning Of Construction Sites Turnkey As A Complete Contract Delivery. The Customer Must Be Given Sufficient User Guidance And Finnish-Language User Manuals As Well As Technical Information About The System. The Object Of Procurement And The Warranty Service Are Also Specified In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. An Inspection Visit To The Object Is An Absolute Requirement. The Customer Requires The Bidder To Participate In A Familiarization Visit To The Destination Either On Tue 28.1.2025 At 10 Am Or Mon 3.2.2025 At 12 Noon. During The Familiarization Visit, The Customer Will Present The Object To The Participants. Possible Additional Questions Related To The Request For Tender Will Not Be Accepted During The Familiarization Visit. If The Bidder Does Not Participate In The Inspection Visit Of The Site, But Leaves An Offer, It Will Be Excluded From The Bidding Process. The Contract Period Starts On March 5, 2025 At The Earliest And Is Valid Until Further Notice. Delivery Can Start In March At The Earliest And June 2025 At The Latest. The Goal Is For The Solar Power Plant To Be Ready For Use By The End Of July 2025 At The Latest.
