A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And Its Annexes, In Particular In Preliminary Conceptual Studies. The Scope Of The Order Includes Obtaining A Final And Valid Decision To Grant A Building Permit. Note - The Scope Of The Order Includes Updating - In Consultation With The Ordering Party And The Relevant Authority - The Environmental Impact Report And Obtaining A Replacement Decision On The Environmental Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project (The Original Documents Are Among The Attachments To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To Opz). The Contractor (After Possible Arrangements With The Authority) Will Prepare An Updated Report For The Entire Posrm Investment, Comparing The Final Parameters Of The Designed (Including Those Already Constructed And Those With A Building Permit) Components Of The Investment (Both On Plot No. 29 And On Plot No. 28/8). And - If Required By The Authority - Obtain A Decision Amending The Existing Decision On Environmental Conditions. In Annex No. 3 To The Opz, The Ordering Party Made Available All Previously Approved Projects (Some Have Already Been Implemented). Due To The Fact That The Documentation Being The Subject Of This Order Is The Last Stage Of The Investment, It Is Necessary To Compare The Initial Assumptions (From The Time Of Preparing The Original Environmental Impact Report) And The Parameters Implemented And Designed As Final.
