The Deputy Ministry Of Culture Requests The Submission Of An Expression Of Interest From Natural Or Legal Persons Who Have A Building For Rent For The Relocation Needs Of The Cyprus Library, Specifically Within A Radius Of 3 Km From The Center Of The Old City Of Nicosia. The Rental Period Will Be Until The End Of 2030, With The Right Of Extension For A Period Of Time To Be Agreed Upon By Both Parties. The Building Must Meet The General And Technical Characteristics As Described Below. The Works In Question Must Be Completed And The Premises Ready For Handover Within Six Months From The Date Of Signing The Rental Agreement. In Addition, The Owner Will Bear All Maintenance Costs Of The Building Throughout The Rental Period Of The Building.
