Tenders are invited for Establishing a Model Health Center in the Village of Muwailih al-Shamali in Nineveh Governorate. The complete set of bidding documents in Arabic can be purchased by interested bidders upon submitting a written request to the address below and paying a non-refundable amount of 300,000 Iraqi Dinars (three hundred thousand Iraqi Dinars) in cash. Bidding documents will be delivered by hand delivery. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and number of the tender and shall be deposited in the tender box at the address below, with the documents attached. Please note that the number of copies of the tender that must be filled out and returned is the original tender copy only. The bid will include a bid guarantee in the form of a letter of guarantee or a certified check in the amount of (16,429,000) Iraqi dinars (sixteen million, four hundred and twenty-nine thousand Iraqi dinars) valid until 28 days from the bid validity date (118) one hundred and eighteen days from the closing date and shall be in the name of the bidding company exclusively and for the account of the Ministry of Planning / Social Fund for Development.
