Tenders are invited for Focused Psycho Social Support (FPSS) Facilitator for Children. Closing Date: Saturday, 25. Jan 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 21 months Major Responsibilities: Facilitate FPSS sessions with children and adolescents in one of the three areas; Akkar, Tripoli, Zahlé; Attend training and capacity building opportunities; Plan and prepare logistics for FPSS activities; Full coordination with the project officer to ensure proper implementation of the project; Plan, organize and run activities with children and adolescents while facilitate and encourage their participation; Ensure activities run in a timely manner to ensure the successful implementation of the project; Ensure that children and adolescents in need are all involved in the activity; Deal with difficult behaviors (conflict, aggressiveness, introversion) and understand the reason behind the behavior to positively communicate with the situation. Ensure that children and adolescents under her/his responsibility are not exposed to any form of Harm or stress during the activities; Collect data on the activities organized and ensure that all the relevant forms are duly filled; Identify key protection issues or threats affecting children and adolescents and raise them to the project officer; Refer protection and GBV cases to the case workers of the project; Ensure all project means of verifications (MOV) including attendance sheets, pre posttests, evaluation documents are in place. Fill and archive specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.
