Tenders are invited for Pool of Language Teachers (Arabic & English) Closing Date: Friday, 31. Jan 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Education Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 1 year The objective of this activity is to provide Arabic and English language training to MSF staff to: Enhance communication skills for operational effectiveness. Facilitate the mobility of MSF staff, ensuring they are equipped with the language skills necessary. Support the ongoing professional development of staff by providing structured and effective language learning. Tasks and Scope of Work The language consultants will be responsible for: Designing and delivering Arabic and English language classes tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of MSF staff. Conducting regular assessments of language progress and adapting lessons to ensure continuous improvement. Providing individualized feedback and support to students to help them achieve their language learning goals through exercises and homeworks. Provide speaking, reading and writing classes. Provide a clear program of learning and practice sessions at the beginning of the month for each student. Reporting on the progress of the students to MSFs designated staff, including detailed evaluations at the end of each month.
