The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Road Lighting In The Town Of Siodło, Plot No. 160, 280, 112, 111, 159/4,220. The Task Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Prepared By Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo Handlowe Md, Al. Wojska Polskiego 130D, 68-200 Żary, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Laying A Cable Line With A Length Of Approx. 745 Meters, - Delivery And Installation Of 22 Lighting Poles With 27W Led Road Luminaires, - Installation Of The So Lighting Control Cabinet, - Connection Of The Completed Lighting To The Network, - Obtaining All Required Permits And Permits And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Arrangements With The Owners Of Underground Utilities And The Road Manager, - Performing All Necessary Measurements And Tests And Preparing Appropriate Protocols Necessary For Commissioning Lighting And Electricity Supply, - Ordering An As-Built Geodetic Measurement. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz. The Contractor Should Read The Documentation In Detail And Make A Local Visit To The Work Site In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming Permission For Their Use/Installation In Relation To The Materials And Devices Used. The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, It Is Only An Auxiliary Element And It Cannot Be Ruled Out That It May Omit Elements Necessary To Complete The Task. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All The Elements Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order.
