1. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Tasks: 1.1. Task 1: General Construction Renovation Works, Gas, Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Rainwater Connections And Installations In Municipal Residential Buildings And In Municipal Apartments Located In Buildings Of Housing Communities And In The Areas Around Municipal Residential Buildings (In Accordance With The List Constituting Annex 11 To The Swz) And General Construction Renovation Works, Gas, Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electrical And Rainwater Connections And Installations In Municipal Utility Buildings And The Area Around These Buildings (In Accordance With The List In Annex 12 To The Swz).1.1.1. The Task Involves Carrying Out Renovations According To The Scope Specified In The Protocol For Handing Over The Works By The Employers Supervision Inspector.1.1.2. The Scope And Deadline For Completion Will Each Time Be Specified By The Employers Supervision Inspector Generally In The Work Handover Report And Supplemented During The Work, As Needed And To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Task. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate.1.2. Task 2: Removing Defects In General Construction, Connections And Water, Sewage, Central Heating And Rainwater Installations In Municipal Utility Buildings And In The Area Around These Buildings - Failures (Buildings: Ul. 1 Maja 55, Ul. Dworcowa 17E, Ul. Witczaka 5B In Jastrzębie-Zdrój)1.2.1. The Task Is To Remove Faults (Emergency Works) Caused By Random Events Or Devastation. As Part Of The Task, The Causes And Effects Of Failures That Threaten The Safety Of Health, Life, Use And Property Should Be Secured.1.2.2. The Scope And Deadline For Completion Will Each Time Be Specified By The Employers Supervision Inspector In General In The Work Handover Report And Supplemented During The Work, As Needed And To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Task. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Mode Of Task Implementation And The Rules For Settling The Works Are Specified In Stwior (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Swz.3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz).4. If It Is Necessary To Perform Work Not Included In The Above-Mentioned Documents - They Should Be Included In The Offer Or Comments Should Be Submitted Before Submitting The Offer.5. The Contractors Obligation Is To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In Art. 6 Point 1) Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411).
