1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Service Of Servicing The Street Lighting Network And Devices Owned By The Jawor Commune.2. Code And Name Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 50232100-1 Street Lighting Maintenance Services.3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Street Lighting Networks And Devices In The Jawor Commune, Owned By The Jawor Commune.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Inspection Of The Road Lighting Network In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 2) Performing Necessary Measurements Of Lighting Devices And Networks Within The Deadlines In Accordance With The Polish Standards And Applicable Regulations. 3) Replacement Of Faulty Light Sources And Removal Of Any Street Lighting Failures. 4) Disposal Of Used Light Sources From Replacement And Other Parts Or Dismantled Devices. 5) Replacement Of Existing Light Sources Or Luminaires With Led Sources Or Luminaires In The Indicated Places By The Ordering Party.6) Location And Repair Of Damage To Cable Lines. 7) Maintaining Fuse Covers And Pole Fuses In Proper Technical Condition.8) Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of Lighting Fixtures By Replacing Their Individual Elements.9) Replacing Damaged Cables In Poles And Booms.10) Replacing Damaged Security Elements For Lighting Fixtures And Cables, Adjusting Security Measures To Power Consumption And Selectivity Of Operation.11) Ongoing Inspection And Maintenance Of Lighting Switchboards And Lighting Cabinets In Good Technical Condition Through Their Maintenance And Replacement Of Damaged Control And Safety Elements.12) Renewing And Supplementing Missing Information Signs On Poles, Lanterns And Control Cabinets.13) Maintaining Technical And Operational Documentation, Including Updating Information Signage.14) Keeping Lighting Fixtures Properly Clean.
