The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) The Service Of Preparing The General Plan Of The Rząśnik Commune In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, Together With The Annexes Required By The Provisions Of The Planning Act And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8 2023 Regarding The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts From It And Outlines, And A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part In Accordance With The Planning Act.2) Developing A Forecast Of The Impact Of The Provisions Of The General Plan On The Environment And Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of October 3 2008 On Providing Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments.
