Tenders are invited for Career Guidance Coach for helping persons with disabilities (PWDs) choose an appropriate major by assessing their individual strengths and challenges to create personalized pathways Closing Date: Tuesday, 28. Jan 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Disability Responsibilities And Main Duties: Conduct individual coaching sessions to assess beneficiaries needs and develop personalized professional growth plans, guiding them to pursue their education or learn a new skill for sustainability. Conduct group coaching sessions to assess beneficiaries needs and develop personalized professional growth plans, guiding them to pursue their education or learn a new skill for sustainability. Track and monitor progress, providing ongoing support and accountability to ensure the achievement of set goals. Conduct both online and in-person coaching sessions. Collaborate with the team to address any queries or concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the beneficiaries. Provide support to beneficiaries, offering guidance, motivation, and encouragement throughout their coaching journey. Prepare comprehensive reports following the coaching sessions. Meeting with shareQ team regularly. Job Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Career Guidance Coach or executive coach or in a similar relevant position Proficiency in various coaching techniques and methodologies, including participative learning and goal setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of individuals. Previous experience in coaching for personal development and growth, particularly with a focus on youth empowerment. Career or executive coaching certification is required.
