Tenders are invited for Positive Parenting Facilitator Closing Date: Saturday, 25. Jan 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 12 months The René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking to recruit a Positive Parenting Facilitator for Alternatives to Combat Exploitive Child Labour through Empowerment and Sustainable Services ACCESS-Lebanon Project supported by RDPP Lebanon in partnership with Plan International. Main Duties and Responsibilities. Plan and deliver positive parenting sessions for caregivers based on assessed needs and session objectives. Use culturally and contextually appropriate approaches and tools in delivering sessions. Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that encourages open dialogue and sharing. Provide individual or group support during sessions to address immediate emotional challenges. Offer strategies for stress management, conflict resolution, and self-care to caregivers. Document attendance, session outcomes, and feedback from participants. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including community leaders and other service providers, to ensure alignment and effective referral pathways. Prepare a report summarizing key outcomes, challenges, and recommendations after completing the sessions Requirements, Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience facilitating psychosocial support or similar sessions, preferably with caregivers or vulnerable populations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage group dynamics effectively. Knowledge of culturally and contextually appropriate psychosocial support practices. Demonstrated ability to prepare clear and concise reports Period of Employment: 48 sessions ranging between 1 February 2025 31 January 2026 Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Education Degree: Bachelor Degree in psychology social work, counseling, or a related field.
