SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL is an international non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organization committed to provide universal access to drinking water and sanitation for people affected by conflicts, epidemics and natural disasters. The organization has been present in Yemen since 2017 and aims to implement water, sanitation, outbreak prevention and food security projects. SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL intends to award a supply contract for the provision of plastic water tanks to IDP sites in Marib Governorate. Eligibility Criteria for Bidders Office and Operational Presence in Marib, Yemen Pass/Fail Criteria: To be eligible for participation in this RFQ, all bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements. Bidders who fail to meet any of the criteria below will not be considered for evaluation: Official Office Presence in Marib, Yemen: The bidder must have a registered and operational office located in Marib, Yemen. The office should be a physical establishment and not a virtual or temporary location. Eligibility and Willingness to Operate in Marib, Yemen: The bidder must confirm in writing that they are eligible to operate in Marib, Yemen, and that he/she comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements for conducting business in the region. The bidder must provide confirmation of his/her ability and willingness to perform work in Marib without any restrictions or hindrances. Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in automatic disqualification from the RFQ process. Obtaining the RFQ documents: Companies wishing to request the RFQ documents and submit a bid are required to first provide a stamped letter requesting the RFQ documents, referencing PF-MYN-00252. This letter can be submitted either by email or as a hard copy to our office. Once the request letter is received, we will provide the RFQ documents.
