The Tender Is For Support Services In The Use Of Sap Payroll And The Follow-Up Activities As Well As Support For The Sap Payroll Application. The Service Includes: 1. Managed Service - Implementation Of Payroll Runs, I.E. Billing And Follow-Up Activities According To Agreed Annual Dates, Including Carrying Out Previous Test Billing. 2. Application Management - Support And Advice In All Payroll And Follow-Up Activities As Well As Points Relating To The Booking Process And Booking - It Is Important To Us To Have Knowledge Of Sap-Fico When Booking In Order To Be Able To Clarify The Requirements With Our Colleagues From The Finance Department - Implementation Of Projects - Maintenance Of Sap Payroll And The Follow-Up Activities As Well As The Booking Runs By A. Processing Support Packages B. Identification Of Notes To Be Included On The Above Topics C. Carrying Out The Necessary Adjustment Activities In Our Sap Payroll Application And The Follow-Up Activities In Consultation With The Daad - Creation Of Documentation, Manuals And Instructions - Participation In Monthly Consultations With The Department To Clarify Current Problems And Requirements 3. Participation In The S4/Hana Transition Project - Conception Of The New Structure Or Migration In Coordination With The Department And The Service Manager - Construction Or Migration Of The Payroll Module In The Future Hcm System Based On S4/Hana - Participation In Project Meetings Further Information On The Tendered Service Can Be Found In The Service Description In Appendix Bw2.
