The Tender Relates To Operational Leasing Of Electric Cars To The Ordering Party. The Electric Cars Are Mainly To Be Used By The Home Care Staff In Connection With Trips To The Citizens Homes. The Electric Cars Will Have A Mixed Driving Pattern, As It Is Expected That The Electric Cars Will Drive Both In Urban Areas With Many Short Trips, And Rural Areas Where The Trips Are Typically Longer And Where Driving On Dirt Roads And Country Roads May Occur. During The Agreement Period, The Ordering Party May Enter Into Leasing Agreements For Electric Cars With A Leasing Period Of 48 Months, Cf. The Terms In Appendix 4 - Leasing Agreement. Concluded Leasing Agreements Can Therefore Have A Duration That Is Beyond The Framework Agreement Period. The Customer Has An Estimated Consumption Of Around 210 Electric Cars On This Agreement. The Consumption Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity/Consumption With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Expected Quantity Is Thus Not Binding On The Customer. The Framework Agreement Includes The Monthly Lease Payment, Service, Repair And Tire Agreement, Which Runs Over A Period Of 48 Months. The Ordering Party May Not Have Derived Costs In Connection With The Leasing Agreement. The Lease Payment Must Be Specified As A Fixed Payment For The Entire Leasing Period. Offers Are Assessed On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, On The Basis Of The Award Criterion Best Ratio Between Price And Quality.
