The New Building Is Covered By Regulations On Defense And Security Procurement (For-2013-10-04-1185), As The Assignment Will Result In The Suppliers Personnel Having Access To Classified Information. Statsbygg, On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Preparedness (Jd), Will Carry Out A Preliminary Project For Oslo Police Station In Greenland. Todays Building Stock Is Not Time-Honoured And Shows The Signs Of Wear And Tear, Aging And The Need For Upgrading. The Project Includes Approx. 37,000 M2 Total Rehabilitation And Rebuilding Of The Police Station Itself, And Approx. 7,000 M2 With New Construction, As Well As Outdoors. This Procurement Includes The New Building, Which Is An Important Part Of The Overall Oslo Police Station Project. The New Building Will Be Built Between The Police Station Itself And Åkebergveien, Where Old Prison Is Located Today, And Within The Same Footprint. The New Building Will Accommodate Areas With Special Needs In Addition To Ordinary Office Areas. Contract K101 New Construction Of Oslo Police House Includes The Demolition Of The Old Detention Center, The Creation Of A Construction Pit And The Construction Of A New Building With A Basement. The New Building Will Include Approx. 7,000 M2.
