The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Provide Health Benefits With A Fixed Co-Payment For The User, For A Period Of 12 Months, Ensuring Access To Health Services For Residents Of The Vitacura Commune Who Have Isapre Or Fonasa Health Insurance In Sections B, C Or D, Are Incorporated In The Social Registry Of Households Of The Commune, Within The 90% Of Lowest Income, Are 60 Years Old Or Older, Have Registration In The National Disability Registry (Rnd) Or Are In A Situation Of Manifest Need, Understood As The Relative And Immediate Lack Of The Means To Survive. Due To The Above, The Health Provider (Offerer) Must Be In Agreement With The Aforementioned Health Provisions (Fonasa And Isapre), In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Technical Bases. The Groups Of Medical Benefits Included In This Tender Correspond To The Following Modules: No. 1. Emergencies. No.2. Complex Procedures.
