That, According To The Definition Of Numeral 13 Of Article 2 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886, A Service Contract Is One Through Which The Entities Of The State Administration Entrust A Natural Or Legal Person With The Execution Of Tasks; That, The Budget Estimate For This Service Purchase Has Been Established In The Section Of Those Contracts Equal To Or Greater Than 100 Utm And Less Than 1,000 Utm; That After The Respective Queries, The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For Reprocessors, Belonging To The Endoscopy Unit Of The Hospital Del Salvador, For A Period Of 12 Months, Are Not Available In The Framework Agreement Modality In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Information System Of The Shopping Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl
