The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work In The Design And Build Mode For The Provision Of Utilities To The Rail Simulators And The Wind Tunnel Along With Accompanying Works In The Hall Of The C-7 Building Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology At Pl. Grunwaldzki 11 In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Order To Be Implemented In The Design And Build System Consists Of Two Stages: A) Stage I: - Preparation Of A Construction Inventory To The Extent Necessary To Perform Design Works, - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements - To The Extent Required;  Execution Of Other Studies Needed For The Implementation Of This Contract. B) Stage Ii:  Implementation Of Works Within The Scope Described In The Documentation Created As Part Of The Implementation Stage I Of This Contract; Obtaining Arrangements, Certificates And Other Documents Necessary At This Stage Of Contract Implementation; Preparing As-Built Construction Documentation.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Is A Model Contract.
