1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of Długie Pobrzeże From The Green Bridge To The Fish Market On The Property At Ul. Długie Pobrzeże In Gdańsk - Finishing And Surface Works Of The Quay In Sections 20-27. The Investment Is Located In The Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 8-15 By Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Gdańsk. The Investment In Question Is Planned To Be Implemented On Plots No. 219/10 And 138/7 From The Area. 089.2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Investment Task, Including The Following Elements: A) Preparatory And Accompanying Works - Marking And Securing The Work Site, Surveying And Geological Services, Provision Of Utilities Necessary To Carry Out The Works, Water, Electricity, Facilities Construction, Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications; B) Demolition Of Surfaces Made Of Stone Materials - Stone Slabs/Stone Cubes, Together With The Removal Of The Material To A Legal Landfill (And Partial Transfer Of Material To Gzdiz) And Disposal (Including Water Transport) - 151 M2; C) Earthworks Including Removal Of Material To A Legal Landfill And Disposal (Including Water Transport) - 30 M3; D) Works Related To Surface Construction; E) Lighting And Cable Ducting;F) Illuminations;G) Rainwater Drainage;H) Water Supply Network;I) Renovation Of The Quay - Balustrades, Ladders;J) Finishing Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Other Conditions Of Contract Execution Were Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
