The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The City And Commune Office In Września And Organizational Units Of The Września Commune In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Requirements Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2019 R., Item 701, As Amended), Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 2010, As Amended), The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 701, As Amended) And Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1396, As Amended).2. Material Scope Covered By This Order: 1) Equipping The Indicated Facilities With Containers Of Appropriate Size, Adapted To Collect Solid Waste: 120 Ltr - Pcs, 240 Ltr - 45 Pcs, 1,100 Ltr - 31 Pcs, Kp5 - 1 Pc, Kp7-7 Pcs.; 2) Removal Of Waste Collected In Containers In A Way That Prevents Arrears From Occurring, 3) Replacement Of Containers Damaged Or Destroyed As A Result Of Current Operation, As Well As To Maintain Them In Proper Technical And Sanitary Condition, 4) Take Care Of The Technical Condition Of Containers Owned By The Ordering Party, 5) Remove Waste Lying Around The Containers In The Event Of Their Overflow Caused By Failure To Meet The Agreed Disposal Date, 6) Clean The Littered Area After Loading The Waste Into The Car, 7) Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
