The Dsp Functions In Two Stages: First Stage /Initial Collection Of Applications For Participation/: Qualification Of Suppliers (Admission Of Suppliers To The System). At This Stage, Applications For Participation Are Collected. The Applications For Participation /Eedop/ Contain Information About The Personal Status Of The Candidates And The Selection Criteria. Deadline For Submitting Initial Applications - 12.12.2023 The Examination Of The Initial Applications For Participation Will Be Carried Out Within 15 Working Days From The Deadline For Submitting Initial Applications, After Which The Contracting Authority Shall Determine The Qualified Suppliers With A Selection Decision. After The Entry Into Force Of The Selection Decision, A Second Stage Of The Procedure Follows. Second Stage /Collection Of Bids For Specific Invitations/: This Is Followed By Sending An Invitation To Submit Bids For A Specific Public Procurement To Those Suppliers Who Have Been Qualified/Admitted. The Offers Contain A Technical And Price Proposal. Pursuant To Art. 39, Para. 1 Of The Ppzop, With The Submission Of An Offer, It Is Considered That The Candidates Agree To All The Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, Including With The Period Of Validity Of The Offers Determined By Him And With The Draft Contract. A Call For A Specific Contract Will Not Be Announced Until All Initial Applications Submitted Within The Above Deadline Have Been Considered.
