Heat Pumps – Brainergy Park Energie Gmbh Due To Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Heat Pumps. On The Site Of The Former Transmitter Facility On The Outskirts Of Jülich And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Aachen University Of Applied Sciences Campus, A Science Park And Innovative Commercial Area With Around 52 Hectares Are Currently Being Built (Hereinafter: “Brainergy Park Jülich”). The Client Is Tasked With Supplying The Properties In Brainergy Park With Heat, Cooling And Energy Services. The Buildings Are To Be Supplied With Heating And Cooling Via An Almost Co₂-Neutral District Heating System. This Water-Filled Lowex Network Is Operated By A Central Energy Center That Provides Cooling In Summer And Heat In Winter. The Heat Is Provided Decentrally By Heat Pump Systems Housed In Containers. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is A Framework Contract For The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Reversible Air-Water Heat Pumps For Central Heat Supply.
