Machinery For The Production And Use Of Mechanical Power – Etzelwerk Power Plant, Doping Power Plant Lot 1 Em – Electromechanical And Electrical Equipment. The Etzelwerk Hydroelectric Power Station Of Swiss Federal Railways Sa (Cff) Was Built In The 1930S. The Transitional Concession Granted In 2017 Runs Until The New Concession Comes Into Force. According To The New Concession, The Residual Flow Variant V5 Plus Is To Be Guaranteed With A Stepped Monthly Basic Flow Rate From Schlagen Of 0.7 To 1.6 M³/S And An Additional Compensation Allocation To Achieve A Minimum Flow Rate In Sihlwald Of 2 .0 To 4.0 M³/S. This Minimum Flow In Sihlwald Is Increased To 4.0 Or 6.3 M³/S At Defined Times When Defined Conditions Occur (E.G. Salmon Spawning). For Doping The Cold Deep Waters Of Lake Sihl, A New Doping Installation (Dal) Is Planned On The Left Orographic Bank Of The Sihl, Directly At The Foot Of The In Den Schlagen Dam. The Planned New Supply Facility Is Connected To The Existing Bottom Discharge Gallery, Upstream Of The Bottom Discharge Gates. On Behalf Of The District Of Einsiedeln, The Supply Water Is Also Used In A Separate Supply Center (Dkw), Located Subsequently. The Dal Provisioning Facility Consists Of An Underground Connection To The Basic Discharge Gallery, A Valve Chamber And A Penstock Gallery, As Well As A Partially Covered Building With Well And Return To Sihl. The Sizing Is Carried Out For A Variable Supply Flow Rate Of 0.7 To 5.0 M³/S Maximum, Which Is Carried Out Via A Dn900/800 Steel Pressure Line And A Controlled Regulator. In The Tos Restitution Chamber, The Residual Energy Is Reduced Under Controlled Aeration And Ventilation And The Water Is Returned To The Sihl Via The Tos Basin With Outlet Threshold. The Dkw Supply Center Is Connected To The Penstock Of The Supply System Via A Branch. The Feed Turbine, With An Expansion Flow Of 2.1 M³/S, Handles More Than 90% Of The Feed Water Flow. The Vertical Axis Diagonal Turbine With Synchronous Generator Has A Power Of Approximately 380 Kw And Produces Approximately 1.9 Gwh/Year. This Corresponds To The Consumption Of Around 500 Households. The Power Supply Is In The 16 Kv Network Of The Elektrizitätswerke Des Kantons Zürich (Ekz). The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is To Award The Contract Relating To All Electromechanical Machines. The Tenderer Must Submit A Global Offer.
