Företagslyft Lantbruk Is Inspired By Various Methods Within Lean And The Advice/Coaching Takes Place In The Form Of Erfa Groups, Both Physically And Digitally. Through Företagslyft Lantbruk, Farmers Are Provided With Tools That Help Them Identify Waste And Improvement Potentials In Their Operations, While They Are Coached As A Group In Making Changes And Trained In Methods That Increase Their Ability To Continuously Work With Production-Improving Measures In All Parts Of Their Company. The Further Development Of The Concept Elevated Agriculture Is About Adapting The Material To A Greater Degree So That It Becomes Even More Applicable In Practice And Increasing Its Usefulness. This Is To Make It Possible For Elevating Farming To Become A Method That Can Be Used By Farmers Who Want To Work With Business Development Both On Their Own, Or In A Group Of Farmers, For Example In The Form Of Study Circles. Three Advisors Are To Be Procured, One Per Animal Species, Where Each Advisor Coaches A Group Of Farmers, 9-10 Farmers Per Group, Based On The Training Material In Company Lift Agriculture. The Advisors Coaching Includes A Total Of 6 Physical And 4 Digital Meetings With His Group During The Years 2025 To 2027. The Assignment Also Includes Development Work On The Business Analysis Concept Business Lift Agriculture Together With Researchers At Slu And, At The End Of The Project, Participating In A Dialogue Meeting To Disseminate The Projects Results. The Number Expected To Be Needed For Each Advisor Is Estimated To Be Between 300-350.
