Compacting Machinery – Lease By Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Czysta Błękitna Kraina Sp. Z O. O. In Czarnówek - A Compactor - Owned By The Contractor Upon Payment By The Ordering Party Of The Monthly Lease Rent And Granting The Ordering Party The Right To Purchase It. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Lease Of A Compactor By The Ordering Party - Owned By The Contractor - Upon Payment By The Ordering Party Of A Monthly Rental Fee And Granting The Ordering Party The Right To Purchase It. The Ordering Party Informs That The Offered Equipment May Be Used, Produced No Later Than 2023, And Cannot Be A Prototype. The Supply Of Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Specification Will Be Compliant With Both Polish And European Standards And Regulations, And Will Meet Applicable Exhaust Emission Standards. The Cost Of The Order Should Also Include The Costs Of Conducting Necessary Service Inspections As Well As Repairs Resulting From The Operation Of The Leased Machine. The Contractor Will Deliver, Equip, Put Into Operation The Equipment And Hand It Over Fully Operational And Ready For Use. The Costs Incurred During Transport, Assembly, Initiation Of Training Of The Ordering Partys Personnel And Handover As Well As Costs Related To Tests Carried Out Before Acceptance Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Under This Agreement, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Running Its Own Facilities (If Necessary) And Will Bear All Costs Related To Its Operation, Ongoing Maintenance And Equipment, Except Fuel. The Warranty And Warranty Period Runs From The Date The Ordering Party Signs The Final Equipment Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments. On The Day Of Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Will Present To The Ordering Party For Approval A Schedule Of Periodic Inspections, A Maintenance Plan, Service Inspections And Lubrication During The Quality Warranty And Post-Warranty Period, As Well As A Program Of Repair Works That Cannot Be Inconsistent With The Operational Program And Will Not Result In The Loss Of The Warranty. When Performing The Delivery, The Contractor Should Take Into Account All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Set Out In The Swz. The Delivery Item Must Be Consistent With The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Submit All Documents, Approvals, Certificates, Testimonials And Other Required Documents Enabling The Ordering Party To Properly Operate The Equipment In Accordance With The Provisions Of Polish Law, Allowing It To Be Used Inside And Outside The Plant. The Contractor Should Ensure, By Submitting An Appropriate Declaration, That The Offered Equipment Will Comply With The Standards Required And Applied In Poland And In The Eu.
