Mobility Denmarks Invitation To Tender For A Framework Agreement Concerning Taking Back And Disposing End-Of-Life Vehicles And Secretarial Services. The Aim Of The Framework Agreement Is To Fulfil The Extended Producer Responsibility Obligation Under Statutory Order No 1654 Of 29 December 2022 (In Danish: Bilskrotbekendtgørelsen) That Applies To The Members Of Mobility Denmark. The Tender Procedure Will Be Conducted As A Voluntary Tender Procedure Which Means That The Danish Public Procurement Act Does Not Apply. The Tender Procedure Will Be Conducted As A Negotiated Procedure. Anyone Who Meets The Suitability Requirements Stated In The Tender Documents Can Submit A Bid.
