Separate Position No. 3: Maintenance, Technical Service And Repair Of Electrical Equipment And Electrical Equipment Of Cars And Trucks Up To 3.5 Tons, Owned By The Municipality Of Shumen And All Municipal Enterprises And Structures Of The Municipality. Separate Position No. 6: Auto-Tinsmithing Services And Painting Services For Passenger Cars And Trucks Up To 3.5 Tons, Owned By The Municipality Of Shumen And All Municipal Enterprises And Structures Of The Municipality. Separate Position No. 7: Car Keys And Remote Devices For Cars And Trucks Up To 3.5 Tons, Owned By The Municipality Of Shumen And All Municipal Enterprises And Structures Of The Municipality. Important: Based On Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Separate Position No. 3, Separate Position No. 4, Separate Position No. 6 And Separate Position No. 7 Will Be Assigned Directly, Since Their Estimated Value Amounts To Bgn 15,000.00 Without Vat For Separate Position No. 3, 30,000, Bgn 00 Without Vat For Separate Item No. 4, Bgn 30,000.00 Without Vat For Separate Item No. 6 And Bgn 5,000.00 Excluding Vat For Separate Item No. 7 And Their Total Estimated Value Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authorities May Award Individual Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464. For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1,000,000. For Construction, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Positions Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order.
