The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Types Of Repair Work And Maintenance Of Traffic Lights On The Territory Of The City. Veliko Tarnovo And The Village Of Sheremetya, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 17 Of July 23, 2001. For Regulating Traffic On Roads With Light Signals. Activities Related To The Maintenance And Repair Of The Existing Traffic Lights In The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo, With The Aim Of Ensuring The Normal Functioning Of The Traffic Lights And Ensuring The Safety Of Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic. Carrying Out All The Necessary Activities According To The Technical Specification In Order To Ensure The Normal Operation Of The Traffic Lights On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo For A Period Of 2 Years, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Main Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Subscription Maintenance And Reconstruction, Technical Renewal, Delivery Of Structural Elements And Spare Parts For Traffic Lights, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure, The Traffic Lights In The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo Are 9 Traffic Lights With Timer Devices - Working And 7 Traffic Lights Of The Running Pedestrian Type, Which Are Currently Not Working. All Traffic Lights In The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo Are Listed In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Option For Unforeseen And Additional Types Of Work Under Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop In The Amount Of The Part Of The Unforeseen Costs, In Case During The Performance Of The Public Procurement Contract, A Need Arises Related To The Costs Of Reconstruction, Technical Renewal, Delivery Of Structural Elements And Spare Parts For Traffic Lights. The Contracting Party Is Not Obliged To Exercise Its Right Of Option For Unforeseen And Additional Types Of Work. The Option For Unforeseen And Additional Types Of Work Is Realized After A Written Assignment With A Contract Letter, And The Unforeseen And Additional Types Of Work Will Be Valued With The Pricing Indicators Specified In The Price Proposal. In The Event Of Additional Types Of Work Outside The Activities Included In Table No. 3 To The Price Proposal, For Which There Is No Proposed Unit Price In The Contractors Price Proposal, The Assignment Will Take Place After The Contractor Has Submitted An Offer, Analyses/Calculations, Invoices For Purchased Materials, Etc. .
