The Contract Includes The Presence Of An Assistant On Working Days (10:00 P.M. To 6:00 A.M.) And Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays 24 Hours A Day, Who Will Carry Out Access Control Tasks And The Supervision Of The Premises. The Hiring Of This Service Will Cover The Services Corresponding To Cimalsa, Included In The Lease Contracts. The Duration Of The Tender Is Until 31/12/2025 So That It Coincides With The End Of The Daytime/Working Contract. Once The Two Contracts Have Ended, The Entire Service Will Be Jointly Tendered. The Scope And Way Of Providing The Service Is Detailed In The Pct, Which Are Generically: User Attention, Access Control, Site Supervision; Attention To Alarms And Action In Case Of Emergency.
