As The Existing Storage Facilities On The Site Are Not Sufficient To Comply With These Provisions, The Site Has Initiated The Project Of Construction Of An Additional Storage Slab Inside The Seine Aval Site Enclosure With Associated Fire Protection And Retention Basins For Management. Water From Cells, Rainwater And Fire. The Project Consists Of The Creation In The So-Called Upbd Zone Of An Additional Storage Area For Dehydrated Sludge Before Its Agricultural Valorization. This Area Contains 6 Distinct Cells Separated By A Reinforced Concrete Wall 5 M High With A Thickness Of 50 Cm For A Surface Area Of ​​6500 M². The Project Includes The Extension Of The Service Road, The Installation Of Two Gutters (One Which Will Collect Runoff Water From The Existing Storage And A Second For The New Cells), The Installation Of A Cover To Collect Runoff Water And Pumps And Associated Equipment, Installation Of Lighting In The Area, Fire Water Management With The Creation Of Two Fire Management Zones And Associated Equipment, Installation Of A Fire Recovery Tarpaulin Fire Water And Associated Equipment, Adjoining Networks, Associated Roads, All Electrical/Automation Equipment And Landscaping.
