Exclusive Availability: The Vehicle Will Be Fully And Exclusively At The Disposal Of The Municipal Public Authorities 24 Hours A Day, Including Weekends And Holidays, Throughout The Term Of The Contract . The Machine Will Be Allocated To The Location Indicated By The Administration, Preferably In The Municipal Garage. 2. Maintenance: All Corrective And Preventive Maintenance Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Contractor/Company, Covering: Winching Services In The Event Of Breakdowns; Mechanical Repairs To The Vehicle And The Operational Compactor; Replacement Of Parts, Accessories And Components Necessary For Perfect Functioning Of The Equipment.3.Operating Costs:The Driver/Operator And Fuel Supply Will Be The Responsibility Of The City Hall/Contractor, Who Will Pay Exclusively For These Items.4.Coverage Area:The Vehicle Will Collect Solid Waste Throughout The Territory Of The Municipality, Including The Rural Area, According To The Routes And Schedules Defined By The Administration.5.Guarantee Of Service Continuity: In The Event Of Vehicle Unavailability For A Period Exceeding 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours, Whether Due To Mechanical Defects, Maintenance Or Any Other Reason, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Temporarily Provide A Vehicle Of Equal Or Superior Characteristics Until The Regularization Of The Main Equipment, Thus Guaranteeing The Continuity Of The Solid Waste Collection Service And Avoiding Harm To The Population.6.Depreciation Of The Vehicle:The Administration Will Not Be Responsible For Any Wear Or Natural Degradation Of The Vehicle Resulting From Its Regular Use, And The Contractor Is Responsible For Appropriately Pricing The Contract, Considering The Passive Depreciation Of The Asset.7.Mandatory Insurance For Contractors Account: The Vehicle Must Be Covered By Automotive Insurance Valid Throughout The Term Of The Contract
