The Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement Covering Continuous Delivery Of Postal Transport Of Electoral Cards Throughout Denmark Under Danish Electoral Laws. The Framework Agreement Includes Continuous Delivery Of Postal Transport Of Election Cards Throughout Denmark. Kombit Enters Into The Framework Agreement On Behalf Of All Municipalities Which Are Obliged To Purchase All Distribution Services Via The Framework Agreement. The Municipalities Are Also Obliged To Allow Themselves To Be Represented Vis-A-Vis The Supplier Via Kombit. The Tender Is Covered By Section Iii Of The Tenders Act (Light Regime) And Is Therefore Carried Out In Accordance With §§ 186-189, Cf. The Principles In Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act As Well As This Advance Notice. The Schedule And Detailed Conditions For Submitting Offers, As Well As Their Evaluation, Will Appear In The Tender Conditions, Which Will Be Available Via Eu-Supply After The Deadline. This Advance Notice Calls On Relevant Economic Operators To Contact Kombit In Writing Via Eu-Supply With A View To Later Submitting Offers. It Is Noted That The Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded Without Further Publication, And Kombit A/S Will Thus Not Take Further Formal Publication Steps To Invite Interested Suppliers To Make Inquiries. Kombit Will Thus Also Not Be Able To Allow Economic Operators Who Only Apply After The Deadline To Be Included In The Subsequent Tender Procedure. On The Basis Of The Inquiries Received, Kombit Will Hold An Equal Tendering Procedure With The Interested Economic Operators. Kombit Reserves The Right To Negotiate With The Interested Economic Operators. No Remuneration Is Provided For The Negotiation. Kombit A/S Awards The Framework Agreement To The Tenderer Who Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Framework Agreement Will Run For 48 Months And Is Expected To Enter Into Force From February 2026.
