The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Cleaning Of The Premises Of The Camille Claudel Municipal Center, Located 47 Avenue Marcelin Berthelot In Grenoble, Occupied By Part Of The City Services And Its Ccas. This Is A Composite Framework Agreement Comprising An Ordinary Market Part And A Purchase Order Framework Agreement Part, Concluded For Cleaning Services For The Routine Maintenance Of The Premises And The Maintenance Of The Interior Glazing Of The Site. It Includes: - Routine And Occasional Maintenance Services With Provision And Supply, Fixed And Detailed In The Bpuf Fixed Price Schedule, Divided Into 4 Parts: Maintenance Of Premises Outside The Self-Service, Maintenance Of The Self-Service Before Work, Maintenance Of The Self-Service After Work, Supplies And Supply Of Hand Towels, Toilet Paper, Hand Soaps (= “Ordinary Market” Part) - Exceptional Maintenance Services, On Request, Which Will Be Carried Out After Transmission Of Purchase Orders Based On Prices Units Of The Bpuf (= “Framework Agreement With Purchase Order” Part) The Estimated Value Of The Unit Part Is 34,200 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Contract, With A Maximum Annual Order Amount Of 11,500 Euro (S) Excluding Tax, Identical For Each Renewal Period, I.E. 46,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Maximum Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract).
