Construction Work – Re-Tendering Of Balcony Renovation For Det Sociale Boligselskab Brøndbyparken, Dept. 3. The Contract Includes Balcony Renovation Of (Up To) 8 Blocks On 8 Floors (Hereinafter The Workers). There Are Respectively 71 And 72 Balconies Per Block (A Total Of Approx. 572 Balconies) And The Client Wants 2 Blocks Per Year To Be Renovated Over A 4-Year Period Starting In The Spring (April) 2025. The Tendered Contract Includes Renovation Of Blocks 3+4, As The Client Has An Option To Entrust The Contractor With The Execution Of The Balcony Renovation On Block 1+2, Block 5+6 And Block 7+8. The Works Must Be Carried Out As A Main Contractor In Accordance With The Design Basis, Which Is Part Of The Tender Basis. The Execution Period That Appears In The Tender Notice Is Only Indicative And Can Therefore Be Changed During The Tender And/Or After The Conclusion Of The Contract.
