The Client Intends To Commission A Total Contractor (Tü) To Clear The Construction Site And Plan And Construct The Building With The Turnkey Construction Of The Building, Including The Construction Of The Outdoor Facilities. The Planned Commission Includes All Planning And Construction Services As Well As Additional Specialist Planning And Reports That Are Necessary To Realize The Construction Project In A Functional, Operational And Occupancy-Ready Manner. The Client Is Planning A Seven-Story Building With An Additional Staggered Floor For The Project. The Volume Of The Gross Floor Area Above Ground Should Amount To Around 4,900 M² And Include Around 59 Residential Units. The Planned Building Is To Be Accessed Via Friedenstrasse And Pufendorfstrasse. The Building Must Be Designed In Such A Way That At Least 62.5% Of The Apartments Meet The Requirements Of The Housing Subsidy Regulations (Wfb 2023). The Client Aims To Adapt The Sizes Of The Privately Financed Apartments To The Specifications Of The Eligible Apartments. The Energy Standard Is To Build An Efficiency House 40 (Eh 40).
