The Municipality And Bbs (Hereinafter Client) Wish To Conclude An Agreement Regarding Accounting Services For Its Organization. The Goal Is To Contract 1 And The Same Client For Both Clients. So The Winning Tenderer Concludes An Agreement With The Municipality Of Soest And An Agreement With Bbs. The Assignment Consists Of The Following Activities/Parts: 1. Audit Of Annual Accounts (Including Sisa And Wnt); 2. Interim Audit (In Preparation For The Annual Accounts Audit); 3. Natural Advisory Function Related To The Activities And Objectives Of This Assignment; 4. Advice As Needed And On Call. The Estimated Size Of The Assignment For The Municipality Is € 1,000,000. The Estimated Size Of The Assignment For Bbs Is € 160,000. This Size Is An Indication; You Cannot Derive Any Rights From This.
