Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Relief Services This self-care workshop is tailored to the needs of front-liners working in a challenging environment in Lebanon. It offers a Safer Space for participants to: Enhance self-awareness and evaluate personal well-being. Learn effective stress management and self-care techniques. Strengthen peer support. Engage in recreational activities and self-reflection exercises. The workshop is 4 days and the sessions are interactive and designed to foster collaboration and exchange between participants from different backgrounds, building bridges and promoting mutual understanding.
