Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment and Infrastructure for the South Sudan Revenue Authority Call Centre. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application quoting GRSS/AfDB/NORMA/GDS/015 in the subject line to the email address (es) below, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SSP 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand South Sudanese Pounds Only) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be cash. The document will be sent through hand-delivery. All Bids must be accompanied by an original Bid Security in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee of US$ 6,000 (Only Six Thousand United States Dollars) enforceable in the local registered banks, and in the format provided in the Bidding Document.
