The Performance Of Construction Works Includes In Particular : 1) Construction Of New Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Systems; 2) Modernization Of The Internal Central Heating Installation; 3) Modernization Of Hot Water Installations; 4) Installation Of Water-Saving Fittings 5) Insulation Of Solid Flat Roofs; 6) Insulation Of The Ceiling Of The Former Engine Room Of A Passenger Lift; 7) Insulation Of External Walls And Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation; 8) Replacement Of Windows And External Doors;9) Insulation Of The Pitched Roof;10) Installation Of Basement Window Lights;11) Renovation Of The Entrance Stairs;12) Installation Of A Roof Over The Main Entrance; 13) Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation; 14) Installation Of Cornice Flashings, Gutters And Downspouts; 15) Installation Of Suspended Ceilings; 16) Installation Of External Signs; 17) Renovation Of The Electrical Installation With Replacement Of Fixtures; 18) Manufacture And Installation Of A Free-Standing Information Board (At The Beginning Of Construction Works) And Manufacture And Installation Of A Commemorative Plaque (After Completion Of Construction Works), In Accordance With Currently Applicable Requirements Marking Of Projects Co-Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management.
