Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Biszcza Commune

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Biszcza Commune.4.2. The Subject Of The Investment Is Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Leds As Part Of The I Light Up Poland Program In The Biszcza Commune In The Following Towns: Biszcza, Budziarze, Wólka Biska, Bukowina, Wola Kulońska. The Project Involves Replacing The Existing Street And Park Lighting As Well As Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths With Energy-Saving Led Lighting With The Ability To Remotely Control Each Luminaire In Terms Of Switching It On And Off And Creating Individual Power Reduction Schedules In Order To Reduce Electricity Consumption, As Well As Withdrawing Used Luminaires. The Biszcza Commune Already Has A Management System For Existing Led Luminaires. When Replacing Fixtures, It Is Necessary To Provide For The Adaptation Of The Replaced Fixtures To The Existing System. 4.3. The Scope Of Works Includes Primarily: Dismantling Of Existing Lighting Fixtures, With Accessories (Terminals, Fuses, Etc.),  Installation Of New Energy-Saving Fixtures Lighting, - Delivery And Commissioning Of A Lighting Control System Coupled With The Existing System Owned By The Commune Or Adaptation And Expansion Of The Existing System, - The System Must Enable Communication With Luminaires From Various Manufacturers, Ensuring Interoperability With Other Ict Systems, Confirmed By An Appropriate Document Issued By The Talq Consortium (Confirmation Certified List Of Possibilities Issued By The Talq Consortium). In Addition: A) Installed Luminaires Led Lighting Fixtures Must Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Fixture And At The Same Time Have The Following Certificates: Enec Or Equivalent, Enec+ Or Equivalent, Zd4i Or Equivalent. B) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Use New Led Lighting Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or New Lighting Fixtures Approved For Use Within The European Union.
