Tenders Are Invited For Electricity Supplies To The Central Heart Of Jesus Hospital Limited Liability Company

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity By The Contractor (Sales Agreement) To The Facilities Of Szpital Średzkiego Serca Jesusowego Sp. Z O. O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Consumption Points, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. The Ordering Party Has Concluded Contracts With The Dso (Distribution System Operator) For The Distribution Of Electricity. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Only The Sale Of Active Electricity By The Contractor. 2. The Supplied Electricity Must Meet Specific Quality Standards In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819). Electricity Must Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards.3. The Estimated Electricity Demand For One Year (365 Days) Is 588,700 Kwh. 4. The Contractor Applying For The Award Of The Contract Is Obliged To Have A Valid Contract Concluded With The Local Distribution System Operator, On The Basis Of Which It Is Possible To Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All Facilities Of The Ordering Party Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Distribution System Operator Is: Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O. 5. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Activities: 1) Submit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of Termination Of The Current Sales Agreement (Sale Of Electricity), In Accordance With Its Terms. The Ordering Party Currently Has An Agreement Concluded With The Seller Polkomtel Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, 2) Notifying The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso) About The Conclusion Of The Electricity Sales Agreement And The Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Sale Of Electricity, 3) Representing The Ordering Party In Contacts With The Current Electricity Seller Or The Distribution System Operator (Dso) In Matters Related To The Process Of Changing The Supplier - Applies To The Consumption Points Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz,4) Representing The Ordering Party In Contacts With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) In Matters Related To The Process Of Registering A Seller For New Electricity Consumption Points, For Which The Ordering Party Received An Agreement Number For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services From The Dso.6. Immediately After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor In An Editable Version With The Necessary Data And Powers Of Attorney Necessary To Perform The Activities Described In Point Above.7. Payment For The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of Vat Invoices, In Arrear
