Dental Practice And Related Services – Tandregularingen I/S: Public Tender For Framework Agreement Regarding Orthodontic Treatments. This Tender Relates To Tandregularen I/S Tender For A Framework Agreement Regarding Orthodontics For Up To 1,400 Waiting List Patients. However, The Specific Number Of Referrals May Turn Out To Be Smaller, Partly Because Referrals To Suppliers Require Patient Consent, And Partly Because There May Be Dropouts During Visits. Tandregulationen I/S Is A § 60 Company Founded By The Municipalities Of Albertslund, Brøndby, Hvidovre, Ishøj, Tårnby And Vallensbæk (The Municipalities). It Is The Responsibility Of Tandregularingen I/S To Provide Orthodontics For The Municipalities Citizens. The Patients Are Assessed To Be Covered By The Danish Health Authoritys Rules For The Provision Of Orthodontics In Municipal Dental Care. The Supplier Must Handle The Solution Of The Entire Orthodontic Treatment Course, Including Emergency Treatment And At Least One Years Retention Of The Referred Patients. The Framework Agreement Has An Agreement Period Of Two Years. Agreement Period Must Be Understood As Meaning That The Framework Agreement Applies To All Orders Placed During The Agreement Period. Thus, The Suppliers Must Expect To Be Obliged To Deliver Services According To The Framework Agreement After The End Of The Agreement Period, So That All Started Treatments Are Completed. The Ordering Party Has The Option To Extend The Framework Agreement By Up To Two Periods Of 12 Months, Cf. Section 7 Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Does Not Entail An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase A Certain Minimum Quantity Of The Services Covered By The Agreement. The 1,400 Waiting List Patients Stated In Connection With The Tender Are Therefore Only Indicative, And The Suppliers On The Framework Agreement Are Not Guaranteed Any Minimum Quantity Of Orders.
