Expression of Interest for Endline Surveys for the Ie of Shock-Responsive Cash Transfers in Mauritania The World Bank is seeking to commission the endline survey data collection for the impact evaluation of drought-related shock-responsive cash transfers in Mauritania which will provide evidence for similar programs across the world. The objective of this consultancy is to prepare and conduct the endline surveys (through electronic data collection in SurveyCTO) and deliver high-quality and comprehensive datasets to the research team. The survey is a multi-module household questionnaire provided by the research team. The modules will cover household geocoordinates and contact information (this may include contact information from several members), household composition and characteristics of household members, food security, food and non-food consumption, income generating activities, finance (savings, loans, and credit), mental health and well-being, productive assets and household durables, shocks and coping strategies, among others. The surveys will target household heads, including specific groups such as women. The endline survey is expected to start in May 2025. Previous experience carrying out household surveys for impact evaluation with 5000+ respondents must be demonstrated. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Firms may associate to enhance their qualifications unless otherwise stated in the solicitation documents. Where a group of firms associate to submit an EOI, they must indicate which is the lead firm. If shortlisted, the firm identified in the EOI as the lead firm will be invited to the request for proposal (RFP) phase.
