Electrical Fitting Work – Baroque Wing Of Geyerswörth Castle - Electrical Work Ii. The Former Geyerswörth Castle, Today Geyerswörth Town Hall, On Geyerswörthstrasse Is Part Of The Overall Ensemble Of The Old Town Of Bamberg, Which Has Unesco World Heritage Status, And In The Narrower Sense Of The Building Group Around The Old Bamberg Town Hall. The So-Called Baroque Wing Is To Be Renovated As Part Of This Construction Project - Maintenance Measures And Repair Work On Load-Bearing Components, In Particular The Foundation, Roof Structure And Ceilings, The Renewal Of The Building Technology, Upgrading Of Fire Protection, Measures For Energy Upgrading And To Improve Accessibility, Modernization Measures, Are Planned. Renovation And Restoration Measures On Equipment, Renewal Or Repair/Upgrading Of Windows And Doors, Interior Work And Conversions For Accommodation Of Administrative Use And Puppet Theater. The Building, Consisting Of The Two Pavilions And The One-Story Intermediate Building, Was Used As The Dr. Bathing Establishment From 1817 To 1819. Lautenbacher Rebuilt. The Pavilions Were Used For Residential Purposes. The Bathrooms Were In The Intermediate Building And Were Gradually Expanded Towards The West, So That The Former Existing Courtyard Area Was Built On. In 1875 The Intermediate Building Was Raised By One Floor And Continued To Be Used As A Bathing Establishment. In 1893 The Building Was Sold To The City Of Bamberg And The Following Year The Intermediate Building Was Converted For Residential Purposes And Its Use As A Bathing Establishment Was Abandoned. In 1936 A Pedestrian Passage Was Built In The Western Pavilion. In 1989/90 The Building Was Converted To Create A Tourist Office And Office Space. The Staircases And Sanitary Areas In Particular Are Being Renovated Here. Excerpt From The Bay. Bathing Establishment, Two Two-Story Former Garden Pavilions Of Geyerswörth Castle With Mansard Hipped Roofs, Late 18Th Century, Connected In 1818 By A Two-Story Connecting Wing With A Gable Roof And Central Projection, Facing The Area Of The Former Geyerswörth Garden To The Southwest In Front; Former Part Of Geyerswörth Castle (See Geyerswörthstraße 1), Requalified. Archaeological Monument D-4-6131-1033 Underground Settlement Parts Of The Middle Ages And Early Modern Times In The Area Of Geyerswörth And Mühlwörth In Bamberg. Requalified. At The Same Time As The Renovation Of The Baroque Wing, The Renovation Of The Other Castle Wings Of The Renaissance Wing Is Taking Place (Bv Main Construction Project Core Castle). The Total Area Available Is Very Limited, The Construction Site Areas Partially Overlap, The Construction Site Facilities Areas Are Shared For Reasons Of Space, Parts Of The General Construction Site Facilities Are Used Jointly By Both Construction Projects. This Creates An Increased Need For Coordination, Which Essentially Has To Be Carried Out By The Local Construction Management, But Requires The Contractors Special Cooperation.
