With This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For The Execution Of Social Cleaning, Which Is A Comprehensive (One-Off) Cleaning (Including Possible Disposal Of Waste/Inventory) And Which Is Granted According To § 83 Of The Service Act To Citizens In Their Own Private Residence, Who Of Temporarily Or Permanently Impaired Physical Or Mental Functioning Or Special Social Problems Cannot Perform These Tasks Themselves. This Will Typically Involve Extensive Cleaning/Cleaning In The Citizens Private Home To An Extent That Means That The Normally Assigned Cleaning Help/Supplier Is Unable To Complete The Task. Social Cleaning Is Therefore A One-Off Benefit That Is Awarded To The Citizen With His Consent And In Cooperation With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement With 2 Tenderers Cf. The Tender Conditions.
