The Client Is The Sponsor Of The Brainergy Park Jülich. The Shareholders Of The Ag Are The Municipalities Of Jülich, Niederzier, Titz And The Düren District. The Location Should Meet The Requirements Of An Innovative Commercial Area And Serve As A Demonstration Platform Or Real-World Laboratory For Energy Management Of The Future. As A Supra-Regional Lighthouse Project, The Brainergy Park Jülich Plays An Outstanding Role In The Structural Change In The Rhenish Lignite Mining Area. An Approximately 7 Hectare Section Of The Brainergy Park Jülich Area Is To Be Developed Into The So-Called Brainergy Village And Will Be Predominantly Scientific In Nature. The Brainergy Village Offers Space And Networking For Technically Savvy Companies And Transfer-Oriented Areas Of The Local Research Institutions. In Particular, It Serves As A Demonstration Platform For The Energy Management Of The Future. The Area North Of The Brainergy Village Will Be Primarily For Commercial Use And Will Also Contain Manufacturing Areas. In Order To Provide Sufficient Parking Spaces For The Brainergy Hub, A Parking Garage Is To Be Built (Hereinafter: “Mobility Hub”). The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Planning And Turnkey Construction Of The Mobility Hub.
