Quotation are invited for Construction and Solarization of a 15 Kw Solar Cold Storage Room for the Agriculture Aggregation Hub in Duhok, Domiz, Iraq. Requirements A. All Bids must include all customs and taxes payable in the country of delivery (IRAQ) unless the RFQ specifically requests differently B. All prices shall be quoted by the Bidder in (IQD), unless otherwise stated. Similarly, all payments will be made in (IQD). C. Bids must be valid for the validity period indicated in the RFQ. Bids not meeting this validity period might be disqualified D. All enquiries and questions should be addressed to [email protected] . All questions and answers will be shared with all invited suppliers. E. NRC reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of your quotation based on the information provided. Incomplete quotations which do not comply with our conditions will not be considered General Requirements: The Bidder has the ability and capacity to carry out work according to the timeframe agreed upon with NRC. The Bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary engineers, workmen, tools, equipment, and machinery to carry out the works, ensuring their availability upon request. The number of workmen employed by the Bidder must be sufficient, and each must have the skills and qualifications necessary to ensure due progress and satisfactory completion of the work. All Workers must be obliged to follow health and safety policies, and the bidder must ensure they have all necessary health and safety tools and equipment. The Bidder will be solely responsible for covering all the Workmens expenses, including transportation to the site.
